  • All Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase and will adhere to the chosen time scale of postage.
  • Worldwide shipping is available and calculated at the checkout.
  • All orders are shipped to the EXACT address provided. Y-Cart is not legally liable for incorrect address supplied at the checkout.


  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Y-Cart must be made aware of any items damaged during transit within 10 days of arrival. Images or damaged items will be requested. Garments will not be replaced after printing or relabeling has commenced.
  • We do not currently offer a free returns system. Therefore, customers are responsible for postage fees for returned items. We advise sending returned items via a “tracked” postal service to ensure both the customer and Y-Cart are aware of the item’s location. Y-Cart does not stand legally liable for replacements or reimbursement of funds of any lost returns.
  • All returned items will first go through a quality control check. Only items in the condition of which they were sold will be replaced or refunded. This does not included damaged returns.

  • Only once outside of the specified delivery times is Y-Cart legally obliged to communicate in regards to the location of postage. Consumers will be referred to this page to calculate postage arrival times until outside of the expected arrival.
  • Email response times can typically take up to 48 hours.
